གར། གོར།

So the Tibetan gar “dance” and gor “round, circular” are somehow connected (Simon 1980: 135), which is to be compared with French une ronde. That is, so to speak, “dance” (gar) is a “circular” movement or one “dances” by going “round” (gor) and “round” (gor). We also have several other words such as kor, bskor, ’khor, etc.
