གྲོང་ལ་སྔ་བ།

The first ever village or town (grong) in Tibet is said to be Phying-ba-stag-rtse. See the Ri mo’i rnam gzhag (p. 18) founded by the first ever Tibetan king, gNya’-khri-btsan-po, who also built the first palace.
