Kaḥ thog lo rgyus (Appendix, p. 211): mdo khams chu bzhi rgong [= sgang?] drug.

One needs to identify khams kyi gnyas chen nyer lnga. Kong-srpul has a work identifying these places? Kaḥ-thog is considered one of them. See the Kaḥ thog lo rgyus (Appendix, p. 238, etc.).
