“Apodosis”དང་“Protasis” ཞེས་པའི་དཔེར་བརྗོད།

“Apodosis” is explained as “the main (consequent) clause of a conditional sentence (e.g., I would agree in If you asked me I would agree).” A Tibetan example of “apodosis” would be skye ba don med thug med ’gyur in gal te bdag las bdag skye na || skye ba don med thug med ’gyur ||.

“Protasis” is explained as “the clause expressing the condition in a conditional sentence (e.g., If you asked me in If you asked me I would agree).” A Tibetan example of “apodosis” would be gal te bdag las bdag skye na in gal te bdag las bdag skye na || skye ba don med thug med ’gyur ||.
